Super - Ten

Spiritual growth is correlated with the way you apply the word of God to your everyday circumstances (Heb. 5: 14). The SuperTen ministries tries by all means to provide the experiences that provides the chemistry to facilitate the growth you need. Furthermore, it allows for you to express those tailor-made experiences God ordains for each of us. These, he uses to grow and develop us, so that we are ready for every good work. 

The SuperTen is an important community that facilitates the necessary spiritual growth for all who desire it. Herewith are essential habits that make SuperTen communities dynamic, lively and growth-creating arenas1. These habits are much more than values which can be only mental or philosophical belief systems undergirding actions. These habits are actual practical ways the community employs whenever meeting. 

Members of the SuperTen should deliberately exemplify care to one another beyond the activities of the gathering

As members relate and communicate, authenticity should be key in all interactions. As long as people talk superficially, community is not developed. However, authentic communications and relationships can never be built in the absence of Safety.

Ultimately, the SuperTen community is about growth. However, many do not know how this happens. Leaders and members of the community have the collective responsibility to steer one another to conversations that will confront us to grow. Practical issues and authentic communication will reveal where people are and therefore proper plodding will help towards growth patterns.

Great SuperTen communities do activities beyond the meeting. As genuine relationships grow, people know more about each other and therefore there will be need to extend resources and time to help each other.

Finally, it is important to note that the foregone habits work well as they are constantly followed as a unit and that it takes some time for a community to develop. Actually, members have to learn to give one another grace and do it in love and truth.
