Our Leadership

The International Christian Assembly (ICA) discerns its steady growth and vision to God’s purpose expressed in the Bible that “through Jesus all nations shall be blessed.” The church’s visionary leadership constantly desire to align their activities to what God envisions for the church.  

The Senior Pastor, the visionary and lead pastor of the congregation has general oversight of the church supported by a team of pastors and staff.

The International Christian Assembly, which is a constituent congregation of the Malawi Assemblies of God, is currently led by a partisan church board consisting of Pastors and lay persons. The Church Board under the leadership of the Senior Pastor is responsible for strategic policy decisions as well as the management and smooth running of the church.

ICA is on a day-to-day managed by a team of seven ministers. The pastoral team of ICA is made up of a cohesive team of men and women who work tirelessly to prepare God’s congregation for the works of service.

Each minister manages a specific portfolio and oversees a number of leaders under them.

ICA is a cell-based church using a modified group of 12 systems. In this case we use groups of 10 popularly known as the superten cells. Under this process,  every member serves as a discipler while at the same time being constantly mentored by others. It is envisioned that all members will understand the potential of impacting others as God desires.
