The Superten Cell System

Posted in Super-Ten Cell Groups

The particular model of cell groups that ICA has adopted is the “Superten” cell system. A superten cell is essentially a cell that does not subdivide as in the traditional cells do.

It has two specific orientations. First, everyone in the church belongs to a small community in which they receive ministry and mentoring and thereafter they also have the responsibility of ministering and mentoring others. Care and leadership development is accorded first and foremost to those that are in the superten Cell. Second, Evangelism and is given prominence in the superten cell. Thus, everyone wins souls and develops cells. Essentially therefore, the superten cell process is a cell planting concept emphasising the making of disciples and developing of leaders.
